HEALTH is very important with us. In order to have a really good health, we should do exercise, eat clean, etc. Then i will introduce my way of healthy lifestyle to you. Everyday i always get up at 6:30. Then I do exercise for 15 min. Next I eat a dish of salmon salad than go to school. I eat cereal and egg at noon. When I eat salmon with rice for dinner. Every day I drink 4 bottles of milk.
